Burial Location

Buried in an unmarked grave, exact location unknown. Irving appears to have been interred at Sydney and is therefore among those who were registered in the parish of St. John’s, Parramatta despite being buried elsewhere. See Dr. Cameron-Smith’s biography at the link below for a discussion about a transcription of the John Irving headstone that H. W. H. Huntington claimed once stood in the demolished Old Sydney Burial Ground.
